  • developing detailed specification schedules and construction documents to be used in the implementation process
  • gathering pricing on behalf of client and negotiation to meet the budget
  • addressing and revising design solutions and specified elements from a cost-efficiency stand-point to meet project objectives

Implementing

  • scheduling and managing the implementation process through open-ended communication, site visits and hands-on coordination

  • reviewing the final product to ensure maximum quality and expectations
