“Welcoming fall” craft project
Even though calendar summer is still in effect until September 21st, we tend to welcome the change of seasons much sooner. Bright-flowered mums get added to our landscapes. Front door decor is switched from bright summer floral to toned-down shades of autumn. Being a naturalist, recycler and handy-woman I am, this year I made a new front door decor piece. And you are welcome to do the same.
Saving floor space
I have always been a proponent of negative space in design. No matter what type of designer you are, graphic, web or interiors, it is important to remember that not every square inch of paper, not every pixel or square foot of space must be always meticulously designed. Sometime, it is best to step back and give the design some breathing room, give an eye a rest, and a mind a second to recoup. What’s between the lines matters just as much.

Fantasy. Fashion. W Hotel
Who would have thought that a hotel design concept can inspire a cutour collection. Truth be told, both fashion and hospitality design have one major competent in common. It is creating fantasy, emotional connection to the design that people never knew they needed, but once they are exposed to it, they instantly fall in love.
