I graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) in 2007. But even before I got my official diploma in Interior Design, I learned about a ground-braking invention– Crypton Fabric. Someone did a moisture barrier test in class – they poured water onto a fabric, and we could see the water bead up, and not penetrate the moisture barrier of the fabric. I was sold. read more

Despite the distance, I appreciate the convenience of having The Merchandise Mart, the world’s largest commercial building, largest wholesale design center and one of Chicago’s premier international business locations, so close to home. read more

Hilton Garden Downtown Milwaukee

Milwaukee is such a historically rich city. The Loyalty Building has been recently transformed into a boutique-ish hotel. Commissioned in 1885 as a new home office of the Northwestern Mutual Life Company, the newly opened Hilton Garden Inn is located on the corner of Broadway and Michigan Avenue. read more
