Our house in the middle of the….paper
Being featured in a local paper is so cool!
One day I received a message from the editor of Home & Garden section of The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Yes, I would like to have our house showcased in the Sunday issue! They didn’t have to ask twice. The following week we had a reporter and a photographer visit us (both such nice people) and learn all about us, the house, its history and the design style we were going after. It’s a great opportunity to not only promote the neighborhood (Bayview that is) but also showcase some of my own work.
I am an independent interior designer. I love what I do. I could write and talk about it all day long. And yes, I did design the interior of our house. Not to sound boastful but we love the way it turned out. Our house is relatively small but definitely fits our needs. It is functional, comfortable and most importantly, reflects our personal style. Come on by….we’d love to have you over!
