Blogging Me

November 2nd, 2008 4:53 pm

Hello…is anybody there?

For the longest time, my husband would try to convince me of the importance of blogging and Internet activity; the power of the online networking and the free speech. I would argue back that the Internet shell not be used as a public diary where anyone and everyone posts their random thoughts. As a true Millennial however, I am a strong believer of the online communication and intend to use it to my advantage. This is my very first blog post! Hurrahh.

I have waited a long time to become comfortable with the idea of writing publicly…whether I have one or one hundred followers, it is all public and there is no turning back. In order to do this right, I came up with my own Code of Blogging Ethics, which I mean to follow to my fullest ability:

1. I intend to share my passion and thoughts on Interior Design, Interior Architecture, industry updates and my own accomplishments.

2. I pledge to do my research and provide exhausting information on the topic of discussion.

3. I promise not to trash the World Wide Web with unnecessary feeds, but be an inspiration to anyone who finds interest in the Interior Design world.

4. No plagiarism!

I am very excited about this “blogging” concept. It may be challenging at first, but I do hope it turns into a fun, inspiring and beneficial activity for both myself and my audiance. Rock’n’roll!
