#21 Make year 5 the best yet!
Today is not an ordinary day. Today, my business celebrates 4 years in existence, and I celebrate my Name Day. Yes, four years ago today, I chose to take my interior design career down the unsafe, risky and bumpy path of entrepreneurship. And despite much skepticism from the world around, I’m still here , and doing fine.

Today marks the end of my “21 Things I want to do in 2013″ blog series. I posted one blog a day starting on January 1st. Few things I learned on that quick journey:
- ROUTINE IS KEY: Daily blogging sounds crazy to some. But trust me, (as I have just proven) it gets easier as you go.
- HELP ONE PERSON: My blog posts range from design, travel to books and business advise. Often times, writing helps me understand the issue at hand better. But the concept has always been to help others by sharing. I received one appreciation feedback since I started this blog series, and that, my friends, is enough to call this little project a success. If I can help one reader, I am happy!
- SHIP: I started reading “The Icarus Deception” by Seth Godin on January 1st. This book has been with me through the last 21 days, and it had directly or indirectly influenced my life already. It helped me focus (hey, I actually finished reading it last night!), and I intend on sharing a few thought provoking quotes in the coming weeks.
The above 21 commitments are meant to help guide me personally and professionally through 2013, to make this year the best yet! I’m ready. Go.
Lovely Doughter – Congratulations and wishes of many of the best inspiration for your next projects, meeting many interesting people on your way, a lot of job satisfaction and professional development … happiness in private life.
